Protected by the Sierra de Cantabria Mountains and edged by the River Ebro, in addition to its excellent wines, the Rioja Alavesa region boasts an outstanding artistic and cultural heritage.
Walled towns, religious architecture, ancestral homes, vineyards, and so on, offer the ideal environment for enjoying our cuisine and unique traditions.
Samaniego, where our winery is located, invites visitors to take a walk through the village to see its well-kept stone houses, such as the Casa de los Diezmos and the Palacio de Samaniego. The latter has been restored and converted into a hotel and restaurant. Also worthy of mention are the parish church of La Asunción, constructed on the walls of a fortress, and its two chapels, the “Virgen del Valle” and “Cristo”, a part of which has been converted into an inn.
